Ground Plan
Four individual villas are to be constructed, including a separate staff/storage room, and a parking area for cars. Smaller parking areas will be included in each villa, suitable for scooter parking.

Each Villa will be equipped with 2 bedrooms (with a bathroom attached), a living room and a pool. All rooms will be furnished upon completion, with room for creativity on the investors behalf.​
